Working with you, we analyse your business to arrive at an in-depth understanding of how to develop further,

what to aim for and what changes may need to be made.


We can also help you plan your activities and priorities on a weekly or monthly basis, and identify when it

makes most sense to get help from outside.


What does marketing and/or business coaching involve?


During an initial workshop of around three hours’ duration, we fully explore with you your business’s strengths,

opportunities, gaps, weaknesses, aims, competitive positioning in the market, etc.

After the session you will be supplied with a summary outlining clear objectives and strategic guidelines to

steer activities during the year ahead.


Follow-up sessions are offered to support on-going activities, on an ad hoc basis or as regular coaching

sessions. These sessions provide you with prioritised action plans for the week/s ahead, ready for

implementation.


What does it cost?


The initial workshop, of around three hours’ duration, costs £90 for a business with up to three employees.
